Marie Susan Bower

Marie Susan Bower, 61, of Hendersonville passed away on April 15, 2023, at Pardee Hospital surrounded by her family. She was born on January 15, 1962, to the late Michael Charles and Evelyn Suflita Zemberi in Johnson City, NY.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her sister, Joanne Zemberi.

Marie was dedicated to her career as a Certified Pharmacy Technician and worked with CVS Pharmacy for over 20 years. She truly enjoyed being of service to others and will be missed by her regulars at CVS for many years to come. In Marie’s free time she enjoyed cooking and spending time with her family.

Marie is survived by her loving husband of 41 years, Robert Kenyon Bower, Sr.; daughters, Evelyn Bower and her husband, Tim of Jacksonville, FL and Christina Boyle and her husband, Greg of Forest City, NC; stepchildren, Vicki McLean, Robert K. Bower Jr., Cathleen Bower, Henry Bower, and Audra Bower; niece, Tricia Doberczak; sisters, Barbara Morris and Cathleen DePanicis; grandchildren, Kailey, Lucas, Nathaniel, Emmylou, Kenyon, Brandon, Angela, Rebecca, Hannah, Justin, Brittany, Michael, Tabitha, Sean, Aiden, and Nathalie along with seventeen loving great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at twelve o’clock on Saturday, May 13, 2023, at Living Water Baptist Church 1284 Sugarloaf Rd, Hendersonville, NC 28792.
